We are excited to hold our mid year concert on the weekend of January 28th and 29th.
Concert Days – Saturday, January 28th and Sunday, January 29th are our concert days. If, for some reason, you are unable to participate in the concert day and you haven’t notified us already, please email Candace at email@example.com ASAP.
Concert Schedule – Please see concert day schedule above. Please review it VERY CAREFULLY to locate all instances in which your musician/singer will be performing.
Some students are NOT performing on Concert Day. If you see your student on the list but they should NOT be on the schedule, please contact Candace ASAP.

NINE Concerts in ONE Weekend – Please note that there are eight half hour concerts over the weekend with a half hour break in between each show to allow for one audience to leave, the next audience to park, take their seats, etc
Concert Venue – in the big hall on the first floor at the downtown Airdrie AML location (204, 1st Ave. NE, Airdrie).

· General admission is $10 per person (kids 4 and under & performers are free) – cash at the door only
· If your student is performing in more than one concert, you only need to pay admission once. We will give you a stamp for re-entry.
· Yes, you are welcome to invite family & friends!
Dress Code: This is up to you. Please no offensive or inappropriate clothes. I encourage students to wear what makes them feel good, clothes that reflect their personalities & the style of their song.
How Many Guests Can I Invite? – The hall holds about 125 audience members. Seating will be first come first served. If we run out of audience seating, we may need to move some of our student performers to the lobby to provide more seating.
Parking – There is a dirt parking lot across the street from the AML building where you can park. Also you can park along the street. The main parking lot will also be available for parking.
Please DO NOT park in neighborhood driveways, DO NOT block access to local residences or businesses, and please DO NOT park in other business’ parking lots nearby.
Concert Volunteers – a big thank you to all the volunteers who have stepped up to help make this weekend another magical experience.
Instruments ON SITE – We will have guitars, ukuleles, pianos, drum kits, hand drums, microphones, etc. on site for students to use.
In order to control the sound system balance and in order for the performances to run smoothly, we need to use the same instruments for each performance. All instruments will be disinfected between performances.
Please bring: your music song sheets, guitar picks, drum sticks
Cameras – YES you are welcome to film and take photos.
Be Ready To Start On Time – Students should arrive 10 minutes early so they can warm up, tune guitars, etc.
Concessions – YES we will have snacks and drinks. Just $2 each – bring some toonies!
